Our size affords the unique opportunity for a group to have our entire country estate to itself.
In addition to our master seminar rooms and amphitheater, meetings can be held in the large living rooms, dining rooms, and libraries as well as on the porches of our estate homes.
Guests enjoy the manicured estate when going to their meetings, to the restaurant or their residence. The Huyck Preserve with its lake, stream and waterfalls, along with the quaint village of Rensselaerville, border the edges of the Carey Conference Center.

Sensational Food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in the Carriage House Restaurant and featuring gracious service and innovative menus, are prepared and overseen by our Executive Chef John Murray and his talented staff.
Breakfast and lunch feature beautiful, bountiful buffets. Dinner is offered buffet style, family style or full-service and includes appetizers, salad, a choice of three entrees* and dessert.
We realize you don't come here for the food, but don't be surprised if that's what you leave thinking about; it's mouthwatering delicious.

Your Personal Meeting Planner
From time of booking, you will be working closely with our meeting planners to ensure the best possible outcome during your time spent here. They will assist you in coordinating arrival and departure times, meal planning, overnight accommodations, media services, down-time activities, special requests, and so much more.
If you’re looking to supplement your event with something special, please ask us about adding a bonfire (with s’mores), entertainment such as bands, individual musicians, square dancing, comedians, jugglers, clowns, and face painters, or hayrides, horse & carriages, hot air balloon rides, fireworks, yoga & aerobic classes, coordinators of sporting events, golf, as well as team-building programs. The options are without limit; let us show you!
