Carriage House Restaurant
What could be more relaxing after a day of meetings than joining new or old friends over good wine and a simple gourmet meal? That’s what you will find in our restaurant, which is located in the original carriage house of the Huyck family, whose estate has become our conference center. More than a century old, the carriage house was converted into a full-service restaurant in 1965, then expanded so that it now seats over 100 diners. The décor encourages friendly discussion—rough-hewn beams, large sliding oak doors and warm lighting.
Executive Chef John Murray and his talented staff carefully craft menus based on the seasonal availability of fresh vegetables, fruits and meats from the many farms in our region. Throughout the day, guests can expect all the amenities of a full-service dining restaurant, but will also be delighted by the unexpected, such as gourmet pizza and artisan breads baked in our French-made, wood-burning oven and wines selected by our in-house Certified Wine Professional.
The Carriage House restaurant is perfect for social events, weddings, holiday parties and reunions. Our culinary team wants your stay to be satisfying and will respond eagerly to your special dietary or cultural needs.
