Frankenstein - The BQE Project

A 71-minute performance melding two art forms - a horror film onscreen and a musical troupe onstage. The BQE Project, led by musical director Tom Nazziola, is a seven-piece chamber ensemble that offers original music scores to both silent and sound films. Their innovative mix of original musical themes and enhanced live accompaniment fills the theater with an energy that makes classic cinema come to life in whole new ways! This recently-digitized 'talkie' is the original 1931 classic horror film.

A foundation course of cooking fundamentals from knife skills to finishing touches.
Join the chefs of the Rensselaerville Meeting Center as they demonstrate the basic techniques of cooking. Learn precision knife cuts and techniques such as grilling, braising, sauteing, roasting and steaming as we take you through recipe development, preparation and presentation of a family-style dinner for you and your guests.
