In 2003 the Straus guest rooms received a complete renovation that included updated bathrooms, new windows, wall coverings, carpet, furniture, drapery and bedding. In the winter of 2006 the guest rooms were given a fresh look with the addition of reading lights, coffee makers and cd/radio/alarms with mp3 attachment.
